Postage

Postage cost will be calculated at checkout. Please register with your address to see an estimate. Delivery times for Australia are between 2 and 5 business days.

International customers - please e-mail regarding shipping rates and delivery times.

Large orders

For larger orders we would like to provide customers with the benefits of postage discounts. You do not need to be a wholesale customer in order to request a postage discount.

To obtain a postage discount please e-mail us at info@brighttomato.com.au with a list of items you wish to order and a payment method you prefer. We will then send you an invoice with an adjusted (discounted) postage cost. If you wish to pay by Pay Pal an invoice will be sent directly from Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer you will receive an invoice with our bank details. Payment should be made within 2 working days in order to take advantage of the postage discount.

Gift Wrapping

You can purchase giftwrapping option with your order. Orders over $40 are eligible for a free gift wrapping option. PLEASE add a note to your order if you wish to request gift wrapping.

All prices are calculated in Australian currency.

Return Policy

Here at Bright Tomato Learning we would like to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and general shopping experience. If the item you have purchased is faulty we might ask you to return it to us or e-mail us some photographs of the damage. You will then receive a full refund or a replacement of the item.

We us Australia Post for deliveries which is a safe and reliable postal service. If you have not received your parcel within reasonable delivery time we will lodge a lost parcel request with Australia Post and when the case is resolved we will refund the cost of postage and the item.

If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase you may wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original unopened packaging. We will then refund the cost of the item or you will be able to select a different item of the same value.
